Robert A. Goering Jr., the Hamilton County treasurer, was sued Monday as a private lawyer, accused of acting as the administrator of a $2.2 million estate that was so ineptly managed that it now is worth just $65,000.
And from that, Goering wants his $75,000 administrator's fee.

"If he manages Hamilton County's money like this, then Hamilton County taxpayers ought to take an assessment."
